Summer is Half Over...

Where we left off back in June was just a few days from my sweet girl's 2nd birthday.  We had a wonderful home party with lady bugs, friends, and family.  A lot of people were missing this year because we threw her party the weekend before her birthday which also is graduation weekend for "EVERYONE" but we had to make a decision and having Daddy there was more important this year, he was leaving for Australia the day after her party and missed her actual birthday.  He was gone for almost 4 weeks this trip, it was long and we missed him very much!
After her party and shipping daddy off, we jumped right into summer! We had swim lessons for all three kiddos and Vacation Bible School. I did the decorations again this year and took photos through out the week it was great fun and all 3 kids did great. They learned so much about God and just had an all around good time. I also had my 16 year old neice who was a teen helper this week and my 10 year old neice also attended this year so I had a very full house of 5 kids for a week and no hubby :(

Daddy got back in town just in time for the Holiday weekend!  We spent the time with my sister and her boys who were in town from Dallas for the weekend.  We also went to Uncle KevBo's and Auntie's house for a pool party and bbq, we are really going to miss you guys when you go...we better get offical paperwork together for somethings we have yet to do before you guys take off :) We spent some time at my mom's house as well and went swimming then went over to my dad's house and spent sometime there too.  We got a great shot of all the cousins together except for the 16 year old, she "Has a Life" and was not there, we missed you Shanney :)
The boys attended a mini Art camp for a week, they were only there 2 hours in the morning time but it got them out of the house and doing something different.  We also did one more round of swim lessons for the boys in July.  They are my little fish now, doing great!  Sweet Girl wants to be just like her brothers and has ZERO fear of the water, which scares the crap out of me. I have to hold her with all my might.  One of my clients gave us free tickets to Schlitterbahn so Hubby and I took the kids one Sunday afternoon.  I don't have any photos of this day but all 3 kids were not afraid at all to do the slides, big, small, it didn't matter.

Bubba has had several playdates and Bubby has had a few so they are staying very busy.  All the kids spent the night at Aunt Emmy's and Uncle Tommy's house (they already have 2 kids and one more on the way) so Hubby and I could celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary.  It was great fun for us and the kids, not sure for Aunt Emmy, she was chasing after her own son, who is potty training and our little Sweet Girl who is also potty training :)

Speaking of Potty Training, our Sweet Girl, is doing so well, I can't believe that she is only 2 years and 1 month old.  She is basically done during the say with an "opps" once or twice a week and as far as night time goes, well, she had 3 dry pull ups 3 nights in a row, then a wet one, then 4 nights of dry pull ups again and then a wet one, as soon as we hit 7 straight nights of pull ups we will be going to panites at night too.  I can't believe that all my babies are growing up.

We are now doing GIFTS camp at our church, Today was our first day and we are tired!  It is from 8:30-1pm but we don't get home until 2p.  I am teaching the photography class there and have a total of 93 students rotating in and out of my class.  Today we shot a HUGE spider.  This was not the plan for today but plans are made to be changed!
Daddy is getting ready to leave for a 3 week trip to Manila/Indonesia this Friday.  We are going to miss him so much, he has been home so much more lately since he is working nights right now.  While he is gone the kids and I will be enjoying his miles(thank you honey) that he has been collecting and flying to West Palm Beach, FL to visit our dear friends Angel and Mykl (they moved there last year).  We can't wait to see them!  It seems as if all of our friends have moved away with the exception of a close few.  Angel and Mykl-West Palm, Clay and Angela-GA, Holly and John-Austin, Steve and Christi-Scotland, and  Kevin and Danielle-London.  We miss you all!
